What briefs are
A brief is a structured document that gives an outreach writer or agency everything they need to pitch a specific domain: the target site’s topic focus, why it’s relevant, the proposed angle, and supporting context. Beeze.io generates briefs automatically from your domain scoring data.Generating a brief
- Complete a batch domain analysis in Batch Analysis to build a scored list
- Open Outreach → Briefs and select New brief
- Choose the scored domain list as the source
- Apply any filters (minimum authority score, source type, country)
- Review the generated draft — each brief pulls in domain data, suggested angles, and relevant context
- Edit inline or approve as-is
- Export as CSV or push directly to your automation workflow
