What batch analysis does

Before spending time writing briefs or reaching out to a domain, you want to know if it’s worth targeting. Batch analysis lets you upload a list of domains — as many as several thousand at once — and score each one automatically against authority, trust, and relevance signals.

Running an analysis

  1. Open Outreach → Batch Analysis
  2. Select New analysis
  3. Upload a CSV file with one domain per row (or paste a list directly)
  4. Choose the product and campaign context — this is used to calculate relevance scores
  5. Submit — the job is queued and runs in the background
  6. When complete, the scored list appears in your analysis history

Scoring model

Each domain receives three scores, each from 0–100:
ScoreWhat it measures
AuthorityDomain authority based on backlink profile and trust signals
TrustSpam-adjusted quality — penalizes link farms, thin content, and paid link patterns
RelevanceTopical match between the domain’s content and your product/campaign context
A composite score is calculated as a weighted average of the three. The default weighting is 40% authority, 30% trust, 30% relevance — adjustable in your account preferences.

Reading results

The results table shows all submitted domains with their scores and a recommendation:
RecommendationCriteria
Strong targetAll three scores above threshold
ReviewMixed scores — worth manual review
SkipOne or more scores below minimum threshold
You can override any recommendation manually.

Analysis history

All past analyses are saved and accessible from the history view. Select any past run to re-open its results, export the scored list, or use it as a source for Briefs.
