The Data workspace surfaces the raw operational data behind Outreach and Offsite SEO in dedicated high-density tables. Where the feature workspaces show dashboards and curated views, Data shows everything — every row, every field, every update — in a format designed for analysis and export.

All outreach activity records: brief status, domain scores, owner assignments, and outcome tracking

Offsite SEO

All offsite target records: domain data, status history, content coverage, and team contributions

Resellers

Reseller-specific activity and campaign data for accounts with reseller access enabled

How to use the data tables

Each table supports:
  • Column visibility — Show or hide any column to focus on what matters
  • Filtering — Apply one or more filters across any field
  • Sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending or descending
  • Search — Free-text search across key text fields
  • Export — Download the current filtered view as CSV

Copy to clipboard

Click any individual cell to copy its value to the clipboard. The cell flashes briefly to confirm the copy.

Sticky horizontal scrollbar

For wide tables, a proxy scrollbar is pinned to the bottom of the viewport so you can scroll horizontally without reaching the native scrollbar at the bottom of the table.

Export

Use the Export CSV button in the toolbar. The export includes every column in the current view (including hidden columns if you select “Export all columns”). Large exports are queued and sent as a download link.
